It's built around how your team actually works, not how a textbook says they should. I define who owns what, establish a cadence, set up visibility so progress is trackable, and create the documentation that makes it all repeatable
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Design a minimum viable system based on teardown findings
Set up core tools, workflows, and communication structure
Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership (who does what)
Establish cadence (meetings, check-ins, reporting rhythm)
Build visibility: dashboards, trackers, or whatever makes progress visible
Create initial documentation (playbooks, SOPs where needed)
