This is where the system becomes theirs, not mine. I work alongside each team member in their actual daily work to help them adopt best practices through action, not training slides. I identify individual strengths and align them to the right responsibilities. I reinforce accountability, collaboration, and transparency until they become habits, not rules. The system gets iterated based on what's working and what's not.
