I've been an engineer, product manager, operator, and consultant. From early-stage startups to organizations with thousands of people (Oracle, Grab, Wayfair, Red Cross). In every role, I ended up doing the same thing: finding the real gap nobody asked me to find, connecting dots across teams, and leaving it better than I found it.
My "how" is through system and culture: accountability, collaboration, transparency, visibility. I'm a neutral presence who cuts through friction and silos because I have no allegiance to any team or outcome. People are honest with me in ways they aren't with their own leadership.
